Iron deficiency in children can cripple them for life. Know how to meet their iron deficiency?
Children's health is the most important thing for parents, if anything happens to their children, the first thing parents do is to make sure that their child gets well, and often we see that children's bones are not strong. Either they suffer from fatigue or they become very weak.
One of the main reasons for all this is iron deficiency in children, this deficiency can even make them disabled.

Symptoms of Iron Deficiency:

Suffering from constant fatigue,
Dizziness,
Nausea/vomiting,
* Yellowing of nails,
Getting hurt more.

Causes of Iron Deficiency

Iron deficiency occurs when alternative foods and essential nutrients are not available in sufficient quantities, leading to iron deficiency.


Iron rich foods

Iron rich foods we use a lot everyday, but we don't know about them, today we will tell you in K-Foods the foods that can cure iron deficiency in children.
It is mandatory to give two cups of cow's milk daily, do not give more than that, because if the stomach is full, the children will not go for other foods.


* Eat whole fruits, make sure to use malted and sour fruits, they help in absorption of iron with fiber.

* Feed any type of meat 2 times a week like chicken meat, goat meat or beef.

* Use beetroot and carrot, even if you make juice, it can protect their body from lack of anemia.

* Make use of wheat, barley porridge and nails.
